Details: The incident happened on Saturday morning, July 5. The explosive was laid under the seat of the car. The injured driver survived and is currently receiving medical assistance.

The suspect was a 22-year-old resident of Zaporizhzhya region, previously convicted, who was recruited by Russian special services.
According to law enforcement officers, the man received an order from the Russian curator in the messenger, arrived the day before to Odessa and hid a bag with explosives under the car, and then remotely put it into operation.
For his “work” the performer had to get money. The suspect was detained at the railway station in Odessa, from where he planned to escape.
The detainee was declared suspected under Part 2 of Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (terrorist act). The prosecutor’s office has already filed a petition in court to take into custody.
The pre -trial investigation is ongoing.
