After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Reports of scandals and conflicts between TCC employees and citizens on the streets of towns and villages regularly appear in the Ukrainian information space. Negative information about the mobilization spreads quickly through social networks.
The Ukrainian military and government officials claim that this is the result of the informational and psychological operations of the Russian Federation. For example, in April of last year, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was warned that Russia is carrying out another information operation against Ukraine called “Ukhilyant” in order to disrupt mobilization, men are filming themselves abroad on vacation and calling themselves “Ukhlyant”.
