“As a result of another massive strike, energy facilities, apartment buildings and social facilities were damaged: a hospital, a kindergarten, an amusement park, a lyceum, a fitness center, as well as private transport.
Six people aged 35 to 68 were among the victims. Two with moderate injuries were hospitalized, four more were treated on the spot. All are under the supervision of doctors,” the official wrote in a telegram.
Oleg Kiper added that operational headquarters and points of invincibility have been deployed for the residents of the affected buildings.
