Details: An explosion rang out near a residential building on Ryazansky prospect, when men entered the entrance.

As a result of the explosion, according to Russian Telegram channels, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kyrylov, and his driver (according to another version, an assistant) died.

This was also confirmed to the RT propaganda channel by law enforcement agencies.
