The number of Belarusians decreased by 2.7% to 47 200 people, but the number of Ukrainians increased by 8.4% to 49 100.

Among those who have citizenship of the European Union, the Latvian community increased the most by 35.8% to 4.1 thousand, Romanians – by 27.4% to 4.7 thousand, and Poles – by 14.3% to 2.2 thousand.
