“According to the instructions of Ukrenergo, today, November 13, light restrictions will be applied in Kyiv for industry and business from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,” the message reads.
The reasons are a deficit in the power system due to previous Russian shelling and a drop in temperature.
The KMDA reminds that the restrictions will not apply to household consumers.
