In Kyiv, according to the latest data, the number of people killed as a result of the Russian attack on the night of November 25 has increased to two, seven people were injured, two of them were hospitalized, the mayor of the city, Vitaliy Klitschko, said.

He also added that in the Sviatoshyn district, a non-residential building was destroyed as a result of the impact. According to preliminary information, there may be people under the rubble.

The State Emergency Service clarified that people died in the Dnipro district, where a 9-story building was hit. Fires that broke out on the 5th-8th floors have already been extinguished, added the State Emergency Service.

“Work is underway to dismantle the structures and search for the alleged victims,” ​​the message says.

The State Emergency Service added that the fire in the garage cooperative is also being extinguished.

Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, noted that one of the dead in Kyiv was an 86-year-old woman. There is still no information about the identity of the other dead person.

In addition, according to Tkachenko, there is information that as a result of the morning shelling, at least two Kyivans were injured in the Svyatoshyn district. It is not yet clear whether they are included in the total number of victims, which Klitschko cited. Tkachenko also reported on damage in the Darnytskyi district.

Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko previously reported that there are interruptions in energy and water supply in some districts of Kyiv.

The attack on Kyiv continues, residents are asked to stay in shelters.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
