This was announced by local politician Oleksandr Vilkul on the night of January 14.

“Please collect water and charge your gadgets, if possible. It will be difficult,” he wrote at 0:57 in a telegram.

Later, Vilkul clarified that there was an emergency disconnection of more than 45,000 subscribers from the energy supply and more than 700 houses from the heat supply of several boiler houses.

“Miskvodokanal’s pumps have switched to generators, we keep water in the system, but the pressure will be lower. In terms of electric transport, the high-speed tram will not operate in the morning. The headquarters for liquidation of the consequences is already working,” the politician added at 1:59.

In Kryvyi Rih as of 6:00 a.m. it was minus eight degrees, during the day the temperature, according to forecasters, will not rise above four degrees.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
