Two of his colleagues, a 37-year-old and a 39-year-old, suffered mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds to the thighs and the eye. The injured were provided with medical assistance,” the message reads.
According to the agency, the boiler building, utility room, and pipeline were damaged as a result of the impact.
The prosecutor’s office noted that they have started a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war.
The forces of the Russian Federation regularly attack the Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.
