In Kiev, as a result of a Russian blow on the night of May 1, one person was injured, the mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said.

“The explosive part of the whipped drone worked with a delay. An elderly woman, a resident of Darnytskyi district, ”Klitschko wrote in a telegram.

According to him, the woman was hospitalized.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces previously reported that the Russian military on the night of May 1 attacked Ukraine by five Iskander-M ballistic missiles, as well as 170 percussion drones and imitators of other types.

“As of 08:30, 74 shaped UAVs (drones of other types) in the east, north, south and in the center of the country were confirmed. 68 enemy imitators-locally lost (without negative consequences), ”the Air Force reported.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
