It is known that Koshelnyk was wanted since April – for evasion. During the interrogation, he confessed that he had consumed alcohol in front of the accident. Several administrative protocols, including driving intoxicated, escape from the scene of an accident and police disobedience, were against it. He was also taken to DBR.

Earlier, Koshelnyk was accused of wasting Donati on the Armed Forces, domestic violence and forgery of medical documents.
