Details: It is reported that the offenders who attacked the serviceman of the Tax Code have been detained and transferred to law enforcement agencies, threatened with up to five years in prison.
The injured serviceman was provided with medical care. There is no threat to his life.
The Tax Code reminded that servicemen of territorial centers of staffing and social support perform their duties in martial law. “Any resistance, insults or obstruction of their work entail administrative or criminal liability,” the message says.
What was before:
- In Kharkiv, on February 12, a man with a knife attacked a serviceman of the Armed Forces in the territory of the RTC and JV. The military was provided with medical assistance and the attacker was detained by police.
- On February 17, two unidentified persons attacked a military shopping center in Zhovkva in Lviv, and he was injured.
- On February 22, in Odessa, during the check of documents, the TCC and JV servicemen saw tear gas into the face of one of the military, fired several shots in his direction and fled. Subsequently, the offender was detained.
- On February 28, a man sprayed gas into the face of the TCC and hit him in the sixth of the Sumy region during the document check, and a law enforcement officer was injured during the detention.
