    Two emergency aid teams ran into Russian “petals” in the Dnipro district of Kherson on the night of November 13, and a little later a Russian drone attacked a 49-year-old resident of the city.

    Verbatim OVA: “The first “emergency” brigade ran into a mine at 03:00, when evacuating a patient. The other – at around 05:00, while leaving for a call. As a result of the detonation, the wheels of both cars were damaged.”

    Details: According to OVA, there were no casualties. In addition, around 5:30 a.m., the occupiers attacked a man with a drone in the Dnipro district of the city.

    “A 49-year-old man from Kherson was taken to the hospital with a contusion, explosive and closed craniocerebral injuries, head and shoulder injuries. The condition of the injured man from Kherson is of moderate severity,” the OVA concluded.
