According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, there were two attacks: the first occurred in a forest strip, where there were no casualties or damage. However, later the enemy staged a second attack – on the Shevchenkiv district of the city. The hit took place in a supermarket near high-rise buildings.
In addition to the supermarket, power lines and ground electric transport were damaged. Windows in nearby houses were broken.
As of 01:20 today, November 4, the National Police reported 14 victims.
Ihor Terekhov also informed that there was another “arrival” near one of the markets in the Kholodnohirsky district of Kharkiv, and there were no casualties.
In addition, at around 10:30 p.m., an enemy anti-aircraft missile hit the ground near the cemetery on the territory of the Dergachy community of the Kharkiv region.
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
