In June, the UN monitoring mission in Ukraine recorded the highest victims of civilians in the last 3 years: 232 were killed, and 1343 were injured. In June, the UN monitoring mission in Ukraine recorded the highest victims of civilians in the last 3 years: 232 were killed, and 1343 were injured.

Details: The monitoring mission notes that last month, Russia made ten more missile strokes and attacks with bargage ammunition than in June 2024. Civilians were killed or injured in at least 16 regions and in Kiev.

Russia’s use of a long -range and drone radius rockets in urban areas, the increased destructive power of these ammunition, as well as the increasing number of attacks have become the main factors of a sharp increase in the number of victims among civilians.

In addition, the widespread use of the drones of the near radius of action has led to fatal consequences for communities located near the front line.

From the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the UN mission has documented at least 13,580 killed among civilians, including 716 children, as well as 34 115 wounded civilians, including 2173 children.
