From the outside, the building looks neglected: rusty metal pins are visible, garbage is scattered around, walls are covered with graffiti. In one of the rooms there are many dry branches – they were brought by birds that settled in the ventilation holes.

According to the expert, the costs of demolishing the bunker will amount to about 620 thousand. euros, which explains the symbolic starting price at the auction. You can submit an application for the purchase of the object to the district court until February 21. The previous owner purchased the home in 2004, but lost it due to delinquent property taxes.

The bunker was built in 1941. The article does not specify who exactly was involved in its construction, but it is known that most similar structures in Germany “were built by kidnapped people for forced labor.” During an air raid on October 25, 1944, panic broke out near the bunker, resulting in several deaths at the entrance.

We will remind

An unexploded bomb from the Second World War was discovered in the Zülts district during construction work. Because of this, 3,000 residents of the largest Uni-Center residential complex within a radius of 350 meters were evacuated.
