According to him, this fact was discovered by a small group of activists when they came to the place to commemorate Chornovol. As Dremlyuga noted, the board has been standing since the early 2000s.
“It is not known when exactly this happened. The board was put on glue and put on screws, meaning it could not fall on its own, it was well fixed and hung for over twenty years,” he said.

Fund collection was announced, almost half of the amount has already arrived, noted the head of the Society of Political Prisoners and Repressed.
Later, Dremlyuga says, a bust or a memorial ensemble in memory of Chornovol may be installed at this place. Activists are also initiating the installation of a plaque commemorating Chornovol on the building of the current regional philharmonic hall. There used to be a House of Culture of Railwaymen, where “engineers” gathered and where Vyacheslav Chornovil visited personally.
Activists decided not to contact the police.
