Details: As can be seen from the widely distributed video, Polozhai very emotionally and with obscene language speaks to the representative of the TCC: “You will tell me how to behave and how to talk. I repeat once again: I am the general director (of the company – ed.), where 1,760 people are working, and you are a soldier.
As can be seen from the screenshots on social networks, Polozhai later published a post on his Instagram where he called the employees of the TCC “devils”. He stated that on Saturday evening he was calmly walking during the “roundup” in Dnipro, and he was stopped to check his documents, he presented some kind of “subpoena extended until November 1”. And “those devils” seem to have said that he has no reservation and postponement, and he is subject to mobilization. The position also stated that the TCC “are scumbags who need to be beaten.”
However, as of Sunday evening, Polozhai restricted access to his Instagram page.
The company “Steko” on Sunday released a statement in which it claims that “the published video is not complete, and the context of the situation is lost and presented in a favorable light for someone.”
At the same time, the Dnipropetrovsk regional TCC and SP announced “the fact of shameful and illegal behavior of citizen Serhiy Polozhai”.
They added that Polozhai actually personally confirmed the illegality of his actions on social networks.
Literally TCC: “Currently, a legal evaluation of the actions of the citizen of Polozhai is being conducted and the issue of bringing the latter to justice in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine is being resolved.”
Reference: On the website of the Steko company, it is stated that it is the largest manufacturer of windows in Ukraine. “Every day at three plants – in Dnipro and Lviv – we produce more than 5,000 individual windows,” the company notes.
