At least six people were injured as a result of a strike by a Russian drone in the Dnipro region at noon, the head of the OVA, Oleksandr Ganzha, said on the afternoon of January 22.

“People’s homes were damaged in the regional center due to the attack by the Air Force. Currently, six victims are known. Among them is a 14-year-old girl. Nothing threatens her life. She will recover at home. There are two people in the hospital – a 64-year-old woman and an 88-year-old man. Doctors assess their condition as average. Another 16 residents were rescued by emergency workers,” the official wrote in a telegram.

At least 11 people were injured in Kryvyi Rih as a result of a combined missile and drone attack that continued overnight.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
