On January 7, in the Chernihiv region, a 66-year-old man and his 7-year-old grandson fell under the ice on the Snov River. Eyewitnesses heard cries for help, but could not save them, rescuers continue their search.
The next day, 19 rescuers with equipment and boats joined the search for the grandfather and grandson. Only the body of a 66-year-old man was found.
