According to “smart”, his team is able to repair any equipment, even a foreign one. They find spare parts around the world, turn to volunteers, and even make details on their own.

“We had a problematic case with a fan at Kham. They tried from the tractor, rolled up, digested, adjusted … and still rides. In an inept hand they do not hurt, ”Alexander jokes.

Thanks to the “mind” and his team, the time to repair the equipment has decreased significantly. What took several hours or even days before is now done in minutes.

“Let’s say that they have previously been repaired for five hours are now done in 20 minutes. What took the day, now – only three hours, ” – says” Sink “.

Alexander believes that the main thing in the work is responsibility and constant self -improvement. He also requires the same from his brothers.
