Now, in order to be registered with the TCC, a person needs to come, make a physical visit, do the appropriate verification, when we see who is in front of us, we take the documents and have the opportunity to check. In 2025, we want to launch the possibility not to go to the TCC and present your paper documents proving identity, but to make it possible through, for example, verification in Bank ID, through confirmation of documents of the State Migration Service, the Unified State Demographic Register
She stated that work on this is already underway, but some changes to the legislation are necessary. “But the main idea is that a person can use his smartphone from any convenient place to register with the state, become conscripted and show that he fulfills his duty according to the law through such an online tool. And all this – turning the “Reserve” into an absolute full-fledged alternative to the TCC. That is, Ukrainians must decide whether to go physically, or to do it through an online tool,” added Chernogorenko.
Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov said that the ministry is working on the legal, technical, technological and legislative levels of implementing such functionality.
In this regard, as already said, our goal, if possible, is to turn “Rezerv+” into such an all-Ukrainian recruiting center to replace offline points, which are now popularly called TCC. This does not mean that TCCs are bad, or that something is wrong
Umerov emphasized that the ministry has adopted the principle of not harming the existing system.
We hear, we know – this is a challenge. This is a very huge pain. For our part, we worked on this concept to turn it into an office for the service of military personnel. There were several other concepts. We do not stop to find a solution in this regard
