“I started betting.” The Juventus stars made a film about the problem

Midfielder of Turin “Juventus” Nicolo Fajola spoke frankly about the reasons for betting on sports. The football player admitted that he did it for adrenaline.

“I started betting big when I was in U23. Then I began to bet more than was considered normal. The truth is that I didn’t even do it for money. I don’t need them. I bet for adrenaline and this was the main problem.

On the worst days, I could spend 12 or 13 hours staring at the phone screen, and they flew by like a couple of hours. I just didn’t understand what was happening. I felt that I was stuck in this bubble and did not notice anything outside of it. People asked me questions, I answered, but after a while I realized that I didn’t remember anything, that I don’t even know what they told me,” said the Italian.

Fajoly was disqualified for 7 months last October for betting on football matches. Another 5 months of suspension were replaced by mandatory therapy lasting at least six months. On May 20, his disqualification expired and he returned to the field.

The people of Turin made a film called “Fragile”, devoted to the Fajola problem. Amazon Prime will release ego on November 26.
