At the same time, Nawrocki added that he is ready to do it if the interests of Poland demand it.
Navrotsky noted that the same applies to the President of Belarus Lukashenka / Photo: screenshot from the videoPolish President Karol Nawrocki answered whether he is ready to sit down at the negotiating table with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, reports Polskie Radio for Ukraine.
Navrotsky noted that he was asked this question during the election campaign:
“Personally, I am persecuted by Vladimir Putin and the Russian Federation, so I am in no hurry to sit down at the table with the criminal Putin and the representative of the regime Lukashenka,” said the Polish president.
At the same time, he added that if the interests of the Polish state demand it, as the president of Poland, he is ready for it.
“I replied that I will sit down with anyone at the table if the interests of the Republic of Poland require it,” he said.
He noted that Russia is a member of the governing body of the United Nations and asked a rhetorical question whether Poland should leave it because of this:
“Let me remind you that in the United Nations, Russia is also a member of its governing body. Does this mean that we should leave the United Nations?”
Russia’s relations with other countries: the latest newsEarlier, UNIAN reported that Kremlin spokesman Dmytro Peskov said that Poland and the Baltic states allegedly “fear Russia and demonize it,” which is a “big mistake.” Peskov noted that Russia has “big problems” with Poland. According to him, everyone who comes to power in these countries “starts to simply fiercely hate Russia and Russians.”
We also wrote that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, expressed his willingness to personally meet with the Russian dictator, Volodymyr Putin, but in Europe or America, but not in Russia and not in Belarus. This is how he reacted to the Kremlin’s statements about coming to the capital of the Russian Federation for negotiations with Putin. The President of Ukraine noted that he understood from these statements that it did not concern the representatives of Ukraine, but rather him. Zelensky explained that he rejects Belarus because it is an ally in the offensive against Ukraine in 2022.
