Hungarian representatives have blocked the joint appeal of the EU countries to failure to recognize the so -called presidential elections in Belarus. Radio Liberty informs with reference to sources in Brussels, reports UNN.

At first, the Belarusian Radio Liberty Service reported that Hungary and Slovakia refused to sign the project of the statement on behalf of 27 EU countries. Later, representatives of Slovakia agreed to sign the appeal, and the authorities of Hungary remained the only one among the EU members who did not.
