Acting Oleksandr Bornyakov, Minister of Digital Transformation, noted that operators have implemented a number of solutions for network autonomy. In particular, simplified bureaucratic procedures according to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1532 allow communities to connect backup base stations faster, and the Coordination Headquarters for Communication Stability ensures prompt response in crisis situations.

“I thank the government for supporting these decisions and all representatives of the field for their hard work in difficult conditions,” concluded the Prime Minister. Officials assure that Ukrainians will be able to stay in touch and send SMS even during any power supply problems.
