Hollywood will make a film about the war in Ukraine

The main role in the film will be performed by Lamonica Garrett, known for her roles in the films “Chicago Police” and “Sons of Anarchy”. His hero is a former military man who works as a private contractor and saves the lives of civilians in Ukraine. However, his peaceful life is shattered when Russian troops invade the country and kidnap his adopted daughter.

In a desperate attempt to save the child, Garrett’s hero turns to his CIA handler, played by Jason Patrick, for help. Together, they embark on a dangerous mission that will lead them into the very heart of the occupied territory.

Interestingly, the film also stars Andrew Howard. The actor, who previously often played a Russian in Hollywood films, this time got the opportunity to embody the image of his compatriot on the screen.

Filming of the film “The Nightingale” recently ended in Bulgaria. The choice of location is probably related to security risks and the difficulties of organizing the filming process in Ukraine during the war.

The premiere date of the film is currently unknown. However, given the topicality of the topic and the stellar cast of actors, “Nightingale” has every chance of becoming one of the loudest film projects devoted to the Russian-Ukrainian war.
