It can be found in Grantchester and appeared in the popular drama series of the same nameCredit: Savills The Mill House in Grantchester features in the popular TV drama series of the same name starring Robson Green and Tom Brittney.
Grantchester first launched on ITV in 2014 with showrunners confirming last year that the series will end after 11 years on screen.
And the Grade-II listed home has just hit the market for a whopping £3 million.
Spread across just over an acre of land, the detached, seven-bedroom property is situated just three miles south of Cambridge city centre.
On the ground floor, potential buyers will find a sitting room with accompanying fireplace and oak floors with access to a garden room.
The drawing room also has an open-brick fireplace with twin doors opening out onto landscaped gardens.
Completing the ground floor is a kitchen and breakfast room, a study alongside a formal dining room, utility room, boiler room and a toilet.
On the first floor is the principal bedroom featuring an en-suite bath/shower room and stunning views over the mill pond next to the property.
Four more double-bedrooms can be found on the first floor which all share a family bathroom.
The remaining three bedrooms on the second floor can be accessed by a timber staircase.
Outside there is gravelled parking with a double-garage and self-contained detached annexe with accommodation across two floors.
It features a kitchen/dining room, sitting room, bathroom, double bedroom and access to the driveway.
The surrounding grounds are described as “beautiful, private and has a number of fine specimen trees”.
They are walled on three sides with a large planted area in the centre with formal fruit and vegetable gardens, a greenhouse and a water fountain.
Saville’s property agent, Stewart Chipchase, said it was a “fabulous village location” and that it “doesn’t get much better”.
“It’s virtually adjacent to miles of open countryside and easily cyclable into the city,” he added.
The Sun previously spoke to residents of Grantchester who accused faceless bureaucrats of trying to “trash” the medieval village.
Officials wanted to splash out £8.5million building a greenway – a safe countryside track for walkers, cyclists and horse riders – smack through the middle of the village.
The Sun also visited Grantchester last year where it was described as a perfect day-trip destination.
You can indulge in a piece of cake at the famous Orchard Tea Garden, or wrap up for a stroll through the meadows and along the River Cam.
