Details: It is reported that the prosecutor insisted on continuing the detention without setting bail. Earlier, on January 26, the prosecutor’s office drew attention to the fact that Tandir’s defense is delaying the trial in this case.
Prehistory:
- On the night of May 26, 2023, the head of the Makariv district court of the Kyiv region Oleksiy Tandyr beat to death national guard at a checkpoint in the capital.
