Experts of the authoritative publication Boxingnews24 assessed the match between Usyk and Fury:
“Aleksandr Usyk looked like pure gold as he held his WBA, WBC and WBO heavyweight titles in his hands after a 12-round fight with Tyson Fury. The battle was like a chess match.
The 37-year-old Usyk used many moves and pierced the stocky Fury with strong left hand blows to the head. Tyson had enough in the fight with Usyk only until the end of the fifth round.
Fury’s extra weight played a cruel joke in the second half of the bout, as he looked sluggish and unable to attack like he had in the first fight. He was not ready for rematch,” Boxingnews24 believes.
