Ukrainian champion Oleksandr Usyk (23–0, 14 KOs) and British contender Tyson Fury (34–2–1, 24 KOs) met in the ring. The boxers fought for the title of super heavyweight world champion according to the versions of the WBC, WBA, WBO (as well as the minor IBO). The Ukrainian won by unanimous decision – 116:112 (three times).
