Mobilization continues in Ukraine / collage UNIAN, photo UNIANHalf of the men of draft age who went abroad are ready to return even before the end of the war, but on the condition that the reservation issue is resolved.This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights. “50% of men of draft age are ready to return to Ukraine today, without waiting for the end of the war, if the reservation issue is resolved. That is, the war today is not the factor that stops men from returning. Of course, they are intimidated by the issue of possible mobilization. Is this bad or well, we will evaluate this later, but it is the way it is,” he said.
Also, according to Chernyshov, the state should systematically encourage citizens to return home, as well as support those who remain abroad so that they feel that they can return home.
Mobilization in UkraineAfter forming and signing the list on the “Diya” portal, the conscript is automatically transferred to a special military record for the period of deferment by means of the Unified State Register of Conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
The Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces explained that reservations made without using the “Action” means do not automatically appear in the EDRP, conscripts and reservists.
The Armed Forces also drew attention to the fact that without a notification on the reservation of TCCs and SPs, there is no basis for entering reservation data into the EDRP, conscripts and reservists.
