According to intelligence, a military criminal Yevgeny Bogdanov-a citizen of the aggressor of Russia, who formally held the position of the so-called deputy chairman of the occupation administration Berdyansk, was inside the car.
The responsibilities of the Russian invaders included, in particular, the control of finances in the occupation administration and the organization of construction of fortifications in temporarily occupied areas of Zaporizhzhya region.
During his stay in the occupied Ukrainian territories, Bogdanov repeatedly committed military crimes against citizens of Ukraine, GUR emphasized.
