“This is directly contrary to paragraph 6 of Section III of the Tender Documentation, which prohibits the participation in the competition to companies related to the asset owner or acting with him.
In view of this prohibition, Star Investment East LLC has no right to participate in the procedure, and therefore to file a complaint. Thus, the complaint is groundless, ” – said Elena Duma.
According to YouControl, the authorized person of LLC “Star Investment East” and Consortium “Management company “Esplanade” is Andrey Ladanovsky.
