General Staff: Russian troops attacked 27 times in the Pokrovsky direction, 11 times in the Kurakhivskyi direction

Since the beginning of the day, 121 combat clashes have taken place. Most assault actions by the Russian army were recorded in the Pokrovsky direction, according to the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on September 22 as of 22:00.

“The enemy is intensively attacking the Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsky direction. During the day, he carried out a total of 27 assault and offensive operations. The Russian occupiers are most active in the districts of Marynivka and Novotoretsk. Fighting continues near Myrolyubivka. According to preliminary estimates, today our soldiers eliminated 145 and injured 163 occupiers,” the military said.

According to the headquarters, there are 11 combat clashes in the Kurakhiv direction at this time of the day. Russian troops tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Hirnyk, Tsukuryne, Zhelanne Druge, Katerynivka and Kostyantynivka.

“Fourteen times the enemy attacked our fortifications in the Kupian direction near Petropavlivka, Synkivka, Hlushkivka, Kruglyakivka, Lozova and Stelmakhivka.
