October 31 – November 1 Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation Open Ukraine” is holding the 10th Kyiv Security Forum in Kyiv (KBF) for youth.

The theme of the first since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the youth KBF is Gen W. The Ukrainian generation of war.

More than 100 young leaders from all over the country will take part in the forum, the organizers reported earlier.

The forum is designed to become a platform for discussing the challenges that Ukrainian youth overcome during the war, the important mission that youth undertook in the approach of victory and that awaits them after the end of the war.

The guests of this year’s Forum will be the leading statesmen of Ukraine and partner countries, the military, well-known volunteers and public activists, experts on security issues and international relations.

Among the speakers of the forum:

  • Marie-Doha Besanceau, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy;
  • David Petraeus, commander of US Central Command (2008−2010), director of the US Central Intelligence Agency (2011−2012);
  • Kurt Volker, special representative of the United States for negotiations with Ukraine (2017−19);
  • Oleksandra Matviychuk, 2022 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, head of the board of the Center for Civil Liberties;
  • Nataliya Yaresko, head of the supervisory board of Aspen Institute Kyiv;
  • Anton Drobovych, head of the Institute of National Remembrance;
  • Vitaly Portnikov, journalist.

The 10th Kyiv Youth Security Forum is organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation in partnership with the NATO representation in Ukraine and with the support of the National Democratic Institute and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation representation in Ukraine. The institutional partner of the forum is the Atlantic Council.
