From large arenas to a kiosk. How the Inter star lives after the end of his career

42-year-old former Brazilian forward Adriano admitted that he considers himself an unrealized talent in football.

“Do you know what it’s like to live with constant promises? I am the main wasted talent in football. When he finished his career, he realized that it had no meaning.

Now I’m fine the way I live. I do not use drugs, but sometimes I am drawn to alcohol. I don’t do criminal cases and I don’t like night clubs. I have one goal – to reach Nana’s stall, which is located in my area. If you want to find me, come there.

I am there every other day, sometimes every day. How can a person like me drink every day? I don’t like to give explanations. I drink because I want to. Living with this stigma of constant promises is not easy,” Adriano was quoted by The Players’ Tribune.

At one time, Adriano became the champion of Italy four times as part of Inter Milan. He played 51 matches for the Brazilian national team and scored 29 goals.
