Currently, on the Internet and popular social networks, cases of fraud under the pretext of manufacturing allegedly real documents have become more frequent. The attackers They offer “quick services” for obtaining driver’s licenses, opening additional categories for driving vehicles and even selling license plates for money. To mislead people, fraudsters use phishing sites that mimic the official web resource of the Main Ministry of Internal Affairs. The purpose of such scams is to lure money and personal data of users for further illegal use. In some cases, users still receive ordered documents that are forged and are not displayed in the state registers, an application or in the driver’s office. Drivers with false certificates are detected by patrol police on the roads.
