Four people wounded in manganese through Russian shelling – Ova

Four people were injured through Russian shelling in Manganese in Dnipropetrovsk, the head of the regional military administration Sergey Lisak reported on the morning of February 17.

“From the evening, the aggressor beat the city several times. Four people were injured: 64-year-old woman and men 22, 26 and 54 years. One of the victims is hospitalized in a state of moderate severity, ”Lisak wrote in a telegram.

According to him, there was a fire that rescuers had already extinguished.

«Created educational institution, administrative building, industrial and communal enterprises, eight shops, cafes, legal center. Eight apartment buildings and 4 private are damaged. Drilled economic structure, garage, car. The power line was affected, ”the Ova head added.

According to him, the invaders also fired at villages in Marganetsky and Mirovsky communities, there were no victims.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
