By information of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the situation will be shaped by a field of reduced atmospheric pressure and a moist, warm air mass coming from the Black Sea.
During the day, precipitation in the form of snow is possible in the western, northern and central regions, later – with rain.
In the rest of Ukraine, the weather will remain cloudy, with sleet and rain, except for the southeast. Fog is expected on the Right Bank, and ice is expected in the central and northern regions.
It will be cloudy throughout the country. Sleet and rain are expected in most regions, except for the southeast. On the Right Bank, fog is possible, in the central, northern and Kharkiv regions – ice. Ice will remain on the roads, with the exception of the south and Transcarpathia.
The wind is mainly southerly, 5-10 m/s.
The temperature at night is 1-6° of frost (on the Left Bank up to 9° of frost), during the day from 2° of frost to 3° of heat; in the south of the country at night from 1° of frost to 4° of heat, during the day 3-8° of heat, in the Crimea 7-12°.
It is cloudy in the Kyiv region and the capital. Small precipitation, mainly in the form of rain; fog, ice, ice on the roads.
The wind is mainly southerly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature in the region at night is 1-6° of frost, during the day from 2° of frost to 3° of heat; in Kyiv at night 3-5 degrees of frost, during the day about 0 degrees.
