The forces of the Russian Federation again struck an educational institution in Kherson with a drone, the head of the city’s military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported on Facebook.

“Today, Russian terrorists again struck an educational institution in the Dnipro district, which they attacked over the weekend,” the message reads.

As noted, the walls and windows of two offices were damaged. Mrochko said that “a drone and a plastic bottle, probably with an incendiary mixture, remained in one of the rooms.”

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles. In particular, the Russian army regularly attacks the de-occupied part of the Kherson region with attack drones.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
