Seeding number of Ukrainian women on AO-2025:

For the second year in a row, three Ukrainian women were seeded at the Australian Open. Elina Svitolina, Angelina Kalinina and Lesya Tsurenko received seed number 2024.
For Svitolina, this will be the tenth time she has been seeded at the Australian Open. Yastremska became seeded in Melbourne for the second time (for the first time in 2020), and Marta Kostyuk will be seeded at the Australian “major” for the first time.
The Australian Open 2025 main draw ceremony will begin on January 9 at 05:30 Kyiv time.
