The last time the Air Force did not report a night attack by Shaheds was on the night of August 28-29. In general, since the beginning of the summer of 2024, the Russian military has been launching attack UAVs over Ukrainian cities almost every night.
The destruction of the Shahed squad on October 9 is the main thing
On October 9, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Defense Forces struck a base for storing Russian prisoners of war in the Krasnodar Territory.
The agency noted that the Navy strike group in cooperation with SBU units attacked the Shahed storage base near the settlement of Oktyabrskyi in the Krasnodar region of Russia. According to the General Staff, about 400 attack drones were stored there.
