However, most of the electricity imported by Ukraine comes from the generating capacity of the Czech Republic or Germany.In an interview with “Ukrinform” a special commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic on energy security, Vaclav Bartushka. In this context, he emphasized that Fitzo threats are “empty”.
“The political statement that Fitzo made in December is zero. Because we have four European countries bordering Ukraine, and at least two of them will not stop electricity supplies-Poland and Romania. What Slovakia will be done But Hungary is not very important, “Bartushka said.
He noted that in 2022, all of Europe assisted Ukraine with equipment for repairing damaged energy infrastructure. Spare parts came from the United States.
