“I think the chances of it are scanty,” he said, answering questions about the Russian leader’s readiness for peace talks.

“His initial purpose was to destroy the independent sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. In fact, to ensure that Ukraine ceases to exist,” Stubb said.
