Details: The case was considered by Supreme Judge Oleg Nefyodov. He is known for declaring the “international LGBT movement” and the “international movement of Satanism”, which do not exist, as extremist in Russia.

Nefyodov’s direct speech: “Satisfy the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Recognize the non-profit corporation Anti-Corruption Foundation, Inc. (ACF, ACF international, “Anti-Corruption Foundation, Inc.”) as terrorist and ban its activities and the activities of its structural divisions on the territory of the Russian Federation.”
Details: Anti-Corruption Foundation Inc. was created in the summer of 2022 after the Russian court recognized the FBK as an extremist organization and banned its activities in the Russian Federation. And in December 2022, the organization was added to the list of foreign agents.
In turn, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the ACF was created by the leaders of the extremist and banned in Russia organizations “Anti-Corruption Fund”, “Citizens’ Rights Protection Fund” and the public movement “Navalny’s Staff” “with the aim of continuing destructive activities on the territory of Russia.”

- The Federal Penitentiary Service reported on February 16, 2024, the death of a Russian oppositionist Oleksiy Navalny in correctional colony No. 3 in Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district of the Russian Federation.
