In the caption, she said that Zhang helped her break into the hotel and spent the whole night studying her. According to friends of the student, she had difficulties with studies and failed several exams.
The incident caused a negative reaction, and the girl deleted the post. Zhang Xinliang himself, who is in his second season with the Long Lions, has already been disciplined by the club. He is averaging 6.4 points, 1.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 0.8 steals per game this season. In the match against Qingdao that took place after the incident, Zhang spent 25 minutes on the floor, scoring 5 points and 2 rebounds.
