He has also been found guilty of the attempted rape and sexual assault of another woman in Thailand in 2019.
Davidson, 37, of Finchley, north London, was on trial at Wood Green Crown Court and is now facing jail, the Met Police said.
He had denied the charges of rape, attempted rape and sexual assault, but was found guilty of all three after over 11 hours of deliberation from the jury.
The rape victim told the jury that she woke up in Davidson’s bed as he was assaulting her, saying she felt ‘helpless’ and ‘scared to react’.
The woman told the court that he had told her he wanted to have sex with a ‘still, lifeless, unresponsive’ person.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the court: ‘[He] mentioned he liked the idea of having sex with a mannequin, a person in a helpless state, someone not moving.’
This conversation was said to have occurred before the rape, with the victim telling the jury that she had initially believed that when he said model, he meant an ‘attractive person’, as opposed to an inanimate object.
The singer accused the woman in front of the court of having fabricated the exchange after watching a series about the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.

The woman, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, says she woke up to find Davidson trying to have sex with her in a hotel without her permission or a condom.
Prosecutor Richard Hearnden said the two accusers found Davidson had ‘a much darker side that they did not notice, at least at first.’
Davidson previously pleaded guilty to voyeurism against the woman in Thailand, after he recorded her while she was sleeping in 2019.
Davidson performed under the stage name Ross Wild with the pop band Spandau Ballet, which he was in between 2017 and 2019. He also starred in the Queen-themed West End musical We Will Rock You.
