The land is located on the Lviv-Ivano-Frankivsk highway and was sold to the Davidovsky village council for UAH 43.7 million.
The auction was held on September 29 on the platform “Transparent. Sales. ” Only one participant – MM -Logistics LLC, which offered the expected value of the land, took part in the auction. After that, the Council plans to sign a contract of sale with the company.
MM -logistics company was registered in 2018 in Lviv Igor and Irena Mashtalers. In March 2024, the owners of the company appeared Norira Avtivn.
Avtivin worked as a prosecutor of the procedural leadership of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ternopil region from 2015 to May 2020. He neither declared his own property.
The company is engaged in technical repair of cars and already owns 2.5 hectares of land in Lysynichi. In addition, the father of Avietamin, Samvel, registered MPP “Nora”, which previously won tenders for repair and construction of roads in Ternopil and Lviv.
