According to the investigation, the former people’s deputy from the Party of Regions and two persons, a capital developer and ex-head of the Regional Directorate of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine are involved in the implementation of the equipment.
In the spring of 2021, there was a conflict between the ex-People’s Deputy and the developer to control the agricultural market in the suburbs of Kyiv, the latter arose intention of derivation of market assets on controlled legal entities and individuals.
With the help of officials of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region, the said land plot was leased to the developer company, and then the head of the company refused part of the lease of land in favor of 9 certain persons.
Subsequently, these land plots were sold to three companies related to the developer.
In the process of resolving the conflict, the developer and the ex-People’s Deputy signed a memorandum on the joint use of the land massif, in particular for construction, and in September 2021 the trusted person of the ex-debris became part of the beneficiaries of land owners.
Further disposal of the land was prevented by the arrest imposed at the request of the SAP prosecutors.
